Without any pun intended, arguably the most personal and extraordinary films to have come out over recent years have been from LGBT filmmakers. Whilst a number of these flicks are meant to speak specifically to certain individuals, the messages and ideas in movies like ‘But I’m a Cheerleader’, ‘Beautiful Thing’ and ‘All over Me’ are worthwhile watches whether you are straight, slightly bi-curious or any other orientated film lover!
