I didn’t always want to be someone who wrote about games; I wanted to be the person that built games. I used to dream about coming up with an idea, crafting the perfect level, showing my game off to the world and receiving all the plaudits. Then games like ‘Little Big Planet’ showed up which gave me the tools, only to prove that I’ve got the imagination of a brick when it comes to level design.
